All iris images are unique to each individual and considered personal biometric imagery.
4. Booking, Appointments & Studio Rules (If Applicable)

Sessions are performed by appointment or walk-in depending on location availability.

Late arrivals may result in delayed service or rescheduling.

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

5. Product Creation & Production Times
Production times vary by product type. Estimated timeframes are shown during checkout but may vary due to demand or material availability.
Custom-made products (prints, framed art, jewelry, etc.) require time for image processing, color correction, printing, and assembly.
6. Shipping & Delivery
If You place an online order:

Shipping times depend on Your location and chosen carrier.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or incorrect customer details.

If an item arrives damaged, You must notify Us within 48 hours with photos, and We will replace the item at no cost.

7. Returns, Refunds & Redo Policy
Because iris prints and products are custom-made, the following rules apply:

These items cannot be returned unless defective.
7.2. Session Satisfaction / Redo Policy
If You are not satisfied with the clarity of the iris photo captured during Your session:

We offer one complimentary re-capture during the same visit (or next available time).

Once You approve the final image for production, no free reprints or refunds will be provided unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
7.3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund only if:

The product was never produced

The wrong product was delivered

The item arrived damaged and cannot be replaced
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
8. Image Rights & Privacy
Iris images are biometric-style data and must be handled carefully.
8.1. Customer Ownership
You own the iris image created from Your session. We retain the right to store a copy for production and future reorders unless You request deletion.
8.2. Marketing Consent
We will never use Your iris photos for marketing, advertising, or social media without explicit written consent.
8.3. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of Your stored iris image at any time by contacting Us.
9. Customer Responsibilities
By using Our Service, You confirm that:
